Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ggbucks ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ggbucks. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Earning and Redeeming ggbucks

ggbucks are non-transferable program credits, not legal tender. For redemption purposes, 1,000 ggbucks = $1.00 USD. You can earn ggbucks by:

• Playing games through our offerwall partners
• Completing surveys
• Participating in daily quests and tournaments
• Maintaining login streaks

Redemption options include gift cards and cash payouts to PayPal or Venmo (Venmo cash outs are available to users in the United States). We reserve the right to verify all activity and may delay or deny payouts if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Dormant balances

Your entire available ggbucks balance expires after 90 consecutive days without qualifying activity. Qualifying activity means a posted reward resulting from an activity you completed—such as a game, survey, tournament, quest, or streak—or a posted redemption. A qualifying earn or redemption restarts the 90-day period.

Promotional or administrative credits, refunds, reversals, pending rewards, opening the app, and viewing your balance do not restart the period. This policy applies worldwide to every account. Existing accounts receive a new 90-day period when this policy launches, so an existing balance will not expire sooner than 90 days after launch.

We may send account notices by email, push notification, or in-app inbox before expiration and a receipt after expiration. If we prevent you from redeeming because your account is locked, suspended, or under review, expiration is paused while that restriction remains. Contact support if you believe a balance expired in error.

4.1 VIP Membership and Bonuses

VIP is a complimentary membership that ggbucks awards automatically based on a member's overall account history, consistent activity, successfully completed rewards, and account standing. No single action guarantees VIP status. VIP members receive recognition in the Service and priority review of support requests within the request's normal urgency level; VIP does not include a fixed response-time guarantee.

While VIP status is active, or during a displayed VIP grace period, a member earns a bonus equal to 5% of each eligible game reward made available through Adjoe and each eligible survey reward made available through TapResearch that posts to the member's ggbucks wallet. Other rewards, promotions, tournaments, streaks, referrals, adjustments, and cashouts are not eligible unless we expressly state otherwise. Fractional ggbucks are rounded down to the nearest whole ggbuck.

Valid VIP bonuses are awarded every Friday at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time. An eligible reward that posts before a Friday cutoff is scheduled for that cutoff; a reward that posts at or after the cutoff is scheduled for the following Friday. Provider reporting, account review, service interruptions, or other circumstances described in these Terms may delay an award. Each awarded bonus appears separately in the member's transaction history.

VIP status is reviewed periodically, may enter a temporary grace period, and may expire when activity or account standing changes. It may also be suspended or revoked immediately following an account restriction or confirmed identity or Terms enforcement. A member whose ordinary VIP status expires may qualify again automatically. Ordinary expiration does not cancel a valid VIP bonus earned before expiration.

VIP status and bonuses remain subject to these Terms. A violation may result in loss of VIP status and forfeiture of pending VIP bonuses. A VIP bonus connected to prohibited, invalid, refunded, rejected, charged-back, or reversed activity may be withheld, canceled, or reversed. Account termination and any unredeemed balance remain subject to Section 6. We may change or end VIP or its benefits with notice as required by applicable law.

4.2 Referral Program

For a referral relationship created at or after 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on August 17, 2026, the eligible account whose referral link or code was directly used (the "referrer") may receive referral rewards equal to 20% of the eligible direct rewards that post to the referred account. The referred member keeps 100% of their own rewards; a referral share does not reduce the referred member's rewards. Only one direct referrer may receive a referral share for a referred account.

Eligible direct rewards are positive ggbucks rewards that post to the referred member's wallet as earnings from activities the member completed, including eligible game and survey activity. Bonuses, quests, streaks, tournaments, referral rewards, promotional or administrative credits, adjustments, redemptions, pending or void activity, and any other transaction not posted as a direct earning are excluded.

The referral-share period lasts six calendar months from the date and time the referral is applied. The period ends at the same local date and time in Pacific Time six months later; if that calendar month has no matching date, it ends on the final day of that month. Rewards posted before the period begins or after it ends are not eligible.

Referral rewards are calculated separately for each Pacific Time calendar day. For each day, we aggregate the referred member's eligible posted direct rewards, apply the 20% rate, and round down to the nearest whole ggbuck. Any fractional ggbuck discarded for that day does not carry forward. Valid referral rewards are normally awarded daily after calculation, but provider reporting, account review, service interruptions, or other circumstances described in these Terms may delay an award.

If an eligible direct reward is later refunded, rejected, charged back, reversed, or otherwise invalidated, we will recalculate the referral share for the Pacific Time day on which the original reward posted. Any resulting overpayment will offset future referral rewards. We will not debit an existing wallet balance solely for that referral-share overpayment, and any amount that cannot be recovered through future referral rewards by the end of the six-month referral-share period will be written off.

Referral relationships and rewards are subject to verification. We may delay, withhold, cancel, or forfeit unpaid referral rewards when an account or the underlying activity is fraudulent, prohibited, invalid, suspended, locked, held, banned, deleted, or otherwise ineligible under these Terms. Self-referrals, multiple-account abuse, automated referrals, misrepresentation, and manipulation of referred activity are prohibited.

A referral relationship created before 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on August 17, 2026 remains governed by the referral terms assigned when that relationship was created. Those existing in-flight referral awards may still be earned and paid under their original terms, subject to their original eligibility, verification, fraud, and account-standing requirements.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to earn ggbucks
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Engage in fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate the system
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our app
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary. Upon termination, you forfeit any unredeemed ggbucks balance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ggbucks are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party offer partners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ggbucks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
