We retain the verification result, limited document metadata, provider and event identifiers, recovery progress, and a keyed non-reversible document fingerprint used to detect reuse. Veriff processes and retains information under its privacy notice, our agreement, and applicable law.

Third-Party Partners

Service Providers

We use third-party services for analytics, payment processing (PayPal, Venmo), identity verification for cashouts (Veriff), and infrastructure hosting. Veriff processes government ID images, selfies, document details, and facial or liveness signals under its privacy notice and its agreement with us. ggbucks receives the verification result and limited fraud-prevention metadata but does not store the ID or selfie images. Our automated recovery process uses verification status and limited recovery information to help determine the next step. These providers process information under their own terms and applicable contractual safeguards.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize data from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, or fraud prevention. This exception may include a verification result and a keyed non-reversible document fingerprint used to prevent identity reuse. Veriff retains or deletes information it processes according to its privacy notice, our agreement, and applicable law.
