Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, earnings history, and all associated data. Any unredeemed ggbucks balance will be forfeited. Please ensure you have redeemed all available rewards before proceeding.

How to Request Account Deletion

Open the ggbucks app

Launch the ggbucks mobile app on your iOS or Android device and ensure you are logged in to your account.

Navigate to Settings

Go to your profile or account settings within the app. Look for the "Account" or "Settings" section.

Request Account Deletion

Find and select the "Delete Account" option. You will be asked to confirm your decision and may need to enter your password or verify your identity.

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, contact our support team at:

Include your account email address and clearly state your request to delete your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted from our systems:

Your account profile and personal information (email address, username)

Your earnings history and transaction records

Your game play data and activity logs

Your referral links and referral history

Your preferences and app settings

Any unredeemed ggbucks balance

What Data May Be Retained

In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain some information for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution:

Transaction records required for tax or financial reporting (retained for up to 7 years as required by law)

Fraud prevention data and security logs (retained for up to 2 years)

Anonymized usage analytics that cannot be linked to your identity

Records of account deletion requests (retained for compliance purposes)

Any retained data will be anonymized where possible and will not be used for marketing or other commercial purposes.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been permanently deleted. During this period, your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to access it.
