Question 1

How do I cash out ggbucks to PayPal?

Accepted Answer

Open the Rewards tab, choose the PayPal cash option, pick your amount ($5, $25, $50, $75, or $100), and enter the email address linked to your PayPal account. Once you confirm, we send the payout through PayPal.

Question 2

What's the minimum PayPal cash out?

Accepted Answer

The minimum is $5, which is 5,000 ggbucks (1,000 ggbucks = $1). You can redeem as soon as your balance reaches 5,000 ggbucks.

Question 3

How long does a PayPal payout take?

Accepted Answer

The app shows a delivery estimate when you redeem. Timing depends on the method and any review that is required, and first-time redemptions can take longer.

Question 4

Is there a fee for PayPal cash outs?

Accepted Answer

Cash payouts are delivered through our payout partner, Tremendous, and carry a recipient fee. The app shows the estimated fee before you confirm and the claim page shows the final amount. Virtual prepaid cards and gift cards have no recipient fee.

Question 5

Why does my email need to match my PayPal account?

Accepted Answer

We send the payout to the email you enter, so it has to match the email on your PayPal account exactly. Double-check it before you confirm — payments sent to the wrong address can't be recovered.
